Terms of Service

1.Who we are

brieftolive is operated by KK Digital Platforms Private Limited, India (CIN U62011TS2026PTC224431), registered office H.No 3-10-20/9/2/2, Gokhale Nagar, Ramanathapur, Amberpet, Hyderabad – 500013, Telangana (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the brieftolive website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

2.Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. The workspace owner is responsible for everyone they invite, including team members and client users, and for how they use the Service.

3.Free trial and subscriptions

Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you are charged for the plan you selected. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Customers in India are billed in rupees with GST added where applicable; other customers are billed in US dollars. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.

4.Plan limits

Each plan includes a number of clients or seats and a storage allowance. If you reach a limit, you will be asked to upgrade before adding more. We do not lock or delete existing data because you reached a limit.

5.Payments between you and your clients

Invoices you create in the Service carry your own payment link or bank details. Payments go directly from your clients to you. We are not a party to those payments and are not responsible for collecting, refunding or disputing them.

6.Your content

You own the content you and your users upload. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the Service. Do not upload passwords or access tokens for client accounts; the Access Register is designed to record who has access, never the credentials themselves.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other workspaces, interfering with the Service’s security or reselling it without our written permission.

8.Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a subscription ends or payment fails and is not resolved, the workspace is locked, and its content is deleted 30 days later. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. 9.Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10.Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Questions: support@brieftolive.com.
