1.Who is responsible

KK Digital Platforms Private Limited, India, operates brieftolive and is responsible for the personal data described here. For data that you and your users put into a workspace, you act as the controller and we process it on your behalf.

2.What we collect

Account details such as name, email and company; workspace content such as briefs, files, comments, approvals and invoices; billing details handled by our payment processor (we do not store card numbers); and technical data such as device, browser and log data needed to run and secure the Service.

3.What we never collect

We do not ask for or store passwords or access tokens for your clients’ ad, analytics or other accounts. The Access Register stores only who has access to which account.

4.How we use data

To provide and secure the Service, process subscription payments, send service emails such as approvals, invoices and account notices, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

5.Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run brieftolive, under contracts that limit their use of the data: hosting (Hostinger), file storage (Cloudflare), database hosting (MongoDB Atlas), email delivery (Resend) and payment processing (Razorpay). We may also disclose data where required by law.

6.Retention and deletion

We keep workspace data while your account is active. After an account is closed, we delete workspace data within a reasonable period unless we must keep it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.

7.Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent. Client users should contact the workspace owner first; anyone can contact us directly.
